Shipping

The shipping and handling cost is based on the total weight that you would like to purchase. See more details on the shopping cart page. Most of our orders will be shipped the same or the very next business day. You will be contacted within 2 business days if there is an issue delaying the shipping of your order. Please note all of our Smaller packages will be delivered with the regular mail and will require no signature unless requested by you specifically. This can be done during ordering by leaving a message with the above phone number or by emailing us at [email protected]

We have 3 different types of shipping:

* Surface which starts at $12.95 and it's shipping duration is 10 to 14 BUSINESS days.
* Air Mail which starts at $16.95 and it's shipping duration is 5 to 7 BUSINESS days.
* XpressPost which starts at $33.99 and takes 3 to 5 BUSINESS days for delivery in Canada and to the United States. All of which will be through the Canada Post(in Canada) or the United States Postal Service(in US).

Please note ONLY XpressPost OFFERS A TRACKING NUMBER for your package. Surface and Airmail do not offer this service therefore they cannot be individual tracked. You may call our customer service center at 1-866-275-0180 to track your order. You may also contact us online.

Payment

We accept payment by Visa, Visa DebitCards, MasterCard, MasterCard DebitCards or by Amex and Discover.

Should you choose Money Order, Cheques, or Wire Transfer payment please note;

* Your purchase will be shipped upon receipt of your Payment, and being cleared by our bank.
* Please double check the total of you order as prices will change throughout the year.

Should you have any problem with the Creditcard DebitCards being declined it is often due to your Credit Debitcard company restricting purchases on a Canadian Website. This can easily be fixed by contacting the number on the back of the Credit Debitcard and asking them to lift this restriction.

Refunds

Lotus Care will refund your unopened product after 3 days upon receiving it. Returning it through the United States Postal Service or Canada Post via Surface is the least expensive way to ship. This will be best for you as we do not refund the shipping costs only the cost of the product purchased.
